Nexiger Consulting is a deliberately small consultancy led by Şahin Kıyıcı — a senior SAP program director and data management leader who has spent two decades at the intersection of large SAP transformations and the data functions that have to make sense of them afterwards.
The person you scope the engagement with is the person who leads it — the one who runs the steering committee, designs the data governance model, and reviews the migration plan before go-live. You work directly with me, with no handover to a junior team.
I take on one engagement at a time, alongside my training work. That focus is the point: when we work together, you have a partner, not a vendor.
