I'm Şahin — a freelance SAP Program Manager and IT Interim Manager with 20 years of hands-on experience at the intersection of large SAP transformations and enterprise Data & Analytics functions.
My background combines technical depth with executive responsibility. I started in consulting and software development, then moved into senior leadership roles on the client side — running SAP and Data & Analytics programs across retail, fashion, consumer goods, and manufacturing in multiple countries, with direct accountability for outcomes, budgets, and teams. At program level, that has meant overseeing multi-million euro budgets and coordinating delivery across global stakeholder groups and major system integrators. That blend of hands-on expertise and senior accountability shapes how I work.
I've spent my career at the point where business strategy meets technical execution. That's where the hard decisions get made, where priorities shift, and where the difference between a successful program and a difficult one is usually determined. It's the environment I know best, and where I do my most effective work — having worked across multiple countries and continents, in teams that span cultures, time zones, and organizational boundaries, cross-border complexity is a natural part of how I operate.
At Nexiger, I work directly with clients as a partner in their programs. Full ownership, senior engagement from day one, and a consistent focus on business outcomes over project milestones.
Why I Started Nexiger
I founded Nexiger because I wanted to do the work I actually enjoy — directly, with a small set of clients, fully invested in their outcomes.
The decision came from a clear-eyed look at where I do my best work — and the answer was always closest to the client, closest to the problem. Working as a freelance SAP Program Manager, IT Interim Manager, and Trainer is the model where I can create the most genuine value — fully accountable, and with the freedom to bring everything I've built to each engagement.
The name reflects that intent. Nexiger draws from “Next Generation” and “Execution Forward” — a practice built around the conviction that real progress comes from clear thinking and disciplined delivery.
This is not a departure from my career. It's its most direct expression.
