SAP S/4HANA programs succeed or struggle based on how they are structured, governed, and steered — not on the technology alone. As a freelance SAP Program Director and IT Interim Manager, I provide hands-on delivery leadership across the full program lifecycle, with a focus on clear governance, realistic planning, and decisions made at the right time. I keep programs anchored in the business processes they're meant to improve. I engage at the level a program needs — leading it end-to-end, owning a critical workstream, or strengthening the senior leadership team on a large-scale transformation — and bring structure, transparency, and senior experience to complex SAP S/4HANA transformations. I work directly with client organizations and alongside system integrators, as a delivery partner who brings an independent perspective and raises the bar on outcomes.

Data Management

For most organizations, the challenge isn't a lack of data — it's whether the business can trust it and rely on it. Before an AI initiative, a new analytics platform, or a major decision, the real question is whether the data is fit for purpose. I help organizations get there: assessing where the data stands, fixing what's broken, and building the governance and quality foundations the business can depend on — always tied to the business processes the data actually serves. This work is grounded in the DAMA/DMBOK framework and spans all 11 DMBOK knowledge areas — from governance and data quality to architecture, metadata, and integration. Structured assessments and deep-dive workshops are also available as part of my training services.

Master Data Management

Master data is where most data problems quietly begin — and where I go deep. I take master data initiatives from program design and operating model, through tool implementation (including SAP MDG), to a clean handover into day-to-day operations. The result is master data that's consistent across systems, owned by the right people, and embedded in a model that sustains itself.

Analytics & Reporting

On the analytics side, I deliver from requirements and data engineering to business reporting people actually use. Whether building a new analytics capability from the ground up or modernizing and consolidating existing ones, I work hands-on across SAP and modern data platforms, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, and Databricks. The goal is always the same: fewer, better reports that answer the questions the business is really asking.
