Welcome to Nexiger Consulting
Why I started Nexiger, who it's for, and what to expect from this corner of the internet.
After two decades running SAP programs and building data functions, I started Nexiger to do the work I enjoy most — directly, with a small set of clients, without the layers that big consultancies put between the operator and the problem.
What you'll find here
This site is intentionally narrow. Four practices:
- SAP Program & Project Management — the kind of programs whose failure modes I've already seen, and learned from.
- DAMA / CDMP Training — structured prep for the certification, built on what the exam actually asks.
- Data & Analytics Consultancy — operating model, governance, quality, the unglamorous parts.
- Coaching for PMs and Data Leads — for the leader-to-be who needs a sounding board, not a course.
Why this blog exists
To put the thinking out in the open. Short pieces. Things I'd tell a client who asked, on a call. If something here is useful to you, it has done its job.
